The jumeiraih Beach Hotel in Dubai ( 3 restaurants), the Cindy Crawford Resort and Spa in Arizona, Jack Nicholson Private Quarters in Soho, and consultant in major restaurant like Spago Hollywood, Gotham Bar and Vong , New York. She previously worked with the international consulting firm in investment and real estate called Fred Silverman in Beverly Hills, California. Mrs. Fair Phitcha grew up in Bangkok, Thailand with a background in Economics Monetary, her professional experience include, the Hilton Bangkok and Phuket Land search company, as a Senior Sales Executive. She is bilingual in Thai and English. Prior to joining First Choice, Mrs. Fair Phutcha was active as the Sales Marketing Manager of Lotus Trinity Phuket. Her previous experience with property acquisitions has provided her with a solid background in understanding the needs of the international Hospitality Industry.
